  5. Voltear con cuidado y continuar sobre el fuego bajito 15 minutos.
  6. Transcurrido un tiempo comenzará a formar vapor dentro del empaque de papel aluminio y se inflará como globo 😊. Al completar el tiempo de cocción, retirar del fuego, reposar unos 5 minutos antes de servir.
  7. Se coloca sobre un plato extendido, cortar con cuidado el papel y... ¡SORPRESA!
